Skill Set -

Exceptional English proficiency and strong command of grammar, syntax, semantics, and discourse-level understanding.
Demonstrated expertise in evaluating model behavior, especially with respect to safety, bias, fairness, misinformation, and harmful content in large-scale AI systems.
Strong analytical reasoning and judgment skills, with the ability to detect subtle risks, edge cases, and context-sensitive issues in model outputs.
Proven ability to identify and manage ambiguity, and make context-informed decisions when evaluating sensitive or controversial topics.
Excellent internet research skills and the capacity to validate facts, verify claims, and spot misinformation using authoritative sources.
Experience working in cross-functional or global teams, and comfort engaging with diverse perspectives and socio-cultural contexts.
High cultural literacy and awareness of regional political, social, and linguistic nuances, critical for assessing the safety implications of model responses.
Strong adaptability and comfort with rapidly evolving guidelines, dynamic priorities, and iterative feedback cycles in high-stakes environments.
Preferred: Prior experience in trust & safety, AI/ML evaluation, content moderation, policy enforcement, or red-teaming of generative models.
