Landscape Designer

As an Interior Designer at HQR Management, you will play a key role in the design process by collaborating with clients, architects, and project managers to create functional and visually appealing interior spaces. Your passion for design and attention to detail will be essential in translating client requirements into outstanding results. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and objectives - Develop design concepts, presentations, and mood boards - Produce detailed drawings, renderings, and specifications - Select materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with project requirements and budget - Prepare BOQ's - Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is realized - Manage Vendors, Take Quotations, get client approvals, and place orders in accordance with project timelines - Oversee project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and quality standards **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design (Preferred) - Minimum 4 years of total work experience, with at least 4 years in interior design (Preferred) Please note that the work location is in person, and the job type is full-time with a day shift schedule.
