Landscape Designer

Location: Between Changaramkulam and Edappal

Position: Landscape Architect/Landscape Designer

Salary: ₹20,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Key Responsibilities:

• Create innovative and aesthetically pleasing landscape designs tailored to client requirements.
• Develop detailed drawings and plans using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to conceptualize and finalize designs.
• Ensure designs are practical, sustainable, and within budget constraints.
• Provide cost estimates and assist in budgeting for projects (preferred).
• Conduct site visits to ensure designs align with actual implementation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Landscape Architect or Designer.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is mandatory.
• Strong design and creative skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of landscape materials, plants, and sustainable practices is an advantage.
• Budgeting skills are highly preferred.
