Job Description

Requirements:

Experience in large-scale projects such as townships, apartment complexes,plotted developments (20+ acres), and lake/riverfront developments.
Proficiency in landscape construction drawings, tender documentation, and BOQsfor large-scale projects.
Proficiency in landscape construction drawings, is must - no compromise in this.
Ability to coordinate with clients, ensuring effective communication and alignment with project expectations.
Skilled in developing and delivering project documentation according to specified stages and requirements.
Strong resource management skills, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
Must have a good presentable portfolio of work.

Qualifications:

Master's in Landscape Architecture with 12 years of experience,
or
Bachelor of Architecture with 25 years of experience in large-scale landscape architecture projects.

Salary:

(The salary has been revised. But the project fees are fixed; therefore, the budget is not allowing us to extend beyond this month's remuneration)
