Job Description

  • Responsibilities
  • Prepare landscape EC details and assist in EC meetings and concept presentations.
  • Develop detailed drawings from schematic to GFC stage; ensure accuracy before site release.
  • Coordinate with consultants (ecologists, irrigation, horticulturists, lighting, signage, etc.).
  • Prepare block budgets and tender documents for softscape, hardscape, and special features.
  • Collaborate with consultants and vendors for design development and custom products.
  • Conduct site visits and attend review meetings to monitor construction progress.
  • Possess strong knowledge of landscape materials, detailing, and on-site execution practices.
