About the Role:

We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious Land Sales Executives to join our real estate team. This is a purely commission-based role best suited for individuals with strong local networks and a hunger for high earnings. You will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and closing land sales or acquisitions across Uttar Pradesh and Bihar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential land sale or purchase opportunities
• Build relationships with landowners, brokers, and agents
• Negotiate and finalize deals
• Coordinate site visits, documentation, and local verifications
• Maintain lead records and follow up consistently
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (incentive-driven)

Requirements:

• Prior experience in land/real estate sales preferred
• Strong networking in rural/semi-urban areas of UP/Bihar
• Excellent communication and deal-closing skills
• Self-driven and target-oriented
• Willing to travel locally for field work
• Knowledge of local language/dialect is a plus

• ज़मींदारों, दलालों और स्थानीय एजेंट्स से संबंध बनाना
• सौदे को बातचीत के जरिए अंतिम रूप देना
• साइट विज़िट, दस्तावेज़ीकरण और स्थानीय पुष्टि का समन्वय करना
• लीड्स को ट्रैक करना और समय-समय पर फॉलोअप करना
• मासिक/तिमाही लक्ष्यों को पूरा करना (प्रोत्साहन आधारित)

जरूरी योग्यताएं:

• लैंड/रियल एस्टेट सेल्स में पूर्व अनुभव (वांछनीय)
• ग्रामीण/अर्ध-शहरी क्षेत्रों में मजबूत नेटवर्क
• सौदे को बंद करने की कुशलता और प्रभावशाली संवाद कौशल
• स्वयं प्रेरित और लक्ष्य केंद्रित
• स्थानीय क्षेत्र में फील्ड पर काम करने की तत्परता
• स्थानीय भाषा या बोली का ज्ञान अतिरिक्त लाभ होगा
