Job Description

Role & responsibilities The Executive in the Land Acquisition Department is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing land parcels for development projects. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct site visits and gather data on land attributes, accessibility, and surrounding infrastructure. * Work closely with internal teams, including legal, finance, project development, and planning departments, to align acquisition strategies with company goals. * Liaise with external consultants, government agencies, and local authorities as needed. * Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions, agreements, and communications. * Assist in the resolution of any post-acquisition issues that may arise. Preferred candidate profile * Any Bachelors Degree * Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Admin and land acquisition. * Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant tools. * Willingness to travel as required.
