Job Description: Land Acquisition Manager (Business Development & Liaison) Experience: Minimum 5 years in land acquisition, real estate development, or business development within the real estate industry. Key Qualifications: Strong understanding of legal processes and regulatory requirements in real estate. Proven success in negotiating land deals and building strong business relationships. Skilled in conducting detailed market research and analysis. Established network of channel partners within the real estate sector. Customer-focused with a talent for developing lasting relationships. Deep knowledge of real estate markets, industry trends, and regulatory frameworks. Self-motivated, results-driven, and strategic in approach. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities: Identify and research potential land parcels for development in target markets. Conduct thorough due diligence, evaluating land suitability, zoning regulations, and environmental factors. Lead negotiations for land purchase agreements with landowners, brokers, and other stakeholders. Drive business growth by uncovering new opportunities and forming strategic partnerships. Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and reports for senior management. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform decision-making. Oversee land plotting activities, including surveying, subdivision, and zoning compliance. Assess land values and develop pricing strategies for plotting. Formulate and implement effective strategies for land acquisition and business expansion. Collaborate closely with architects, urban planners, and engineers to ensure land is properly prepared for development.
