Lady Hostel Warden

We are seeking a responsible and caring Lady Warden to manage and supervise the girls' hostel. The ideal candidate should ensure the safety, discipline, and well-being of the students residing in the hostel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the girls' hostel
• Ensure safety, discipline, and proper conduct of hostel residents
• Address students’ concerns and provide emotional support
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and order within the hostel
• Coordinate with school authorities and support staff as needed

Requirements:

• Graduate with prior experience in hostel management or student care
• Strong sense of responsibility and discipline
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to stay on campus and relocate to Kolhapur
• Immediate joiners preferred
