Job Title: Corporate Business Development Executive Industry: Hospital Marketing Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Business Development Executive to spearhead marketing and corporate tie-up initiatives for our hospital. The ideal candidate will focus on building and nurturing relationships with corporate clients, factories, institutions, private offices, banks, and quasi-government offices to promote health check-ups and wellness programs. Key Responsibilities: Corporate Tie-Ups: Identify and establish partnerships with corporates, factories, institutions, banks, and quasi-government offices. Present hospital services, health checkup packages, and wellness programs tailored to the client's needs. Health Checkup Campaigns: Organize and execute health checkup camps at corporate offices, factories, and other institutions. Ensure smooth coordination between the hospital and the corporate clients for health checkup events. Client Visits: Regularly visit corporate offices, private organizations, and institutions to maintain relationships and pitch hospital services. Provide timely follow-ups to address client queries and secure contracts. Marketing & Promotion: Actively promote the hospital’s healthcare services through targeted marketing strategies. Work with the marketing team to develop materials and presentations. Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and consistent effort. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities. Qualifications: Education: Any graduate degree. Experience: Freshers or candidates with experience in sales/marketing will be preferred. Skills: Passion for sales and business development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Self-motivated with a target-driven approach. Requirements: Must own a two-wheeler for commuting. Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings. Compensation: Salary: ₹25,000 per month. Allowances: Travel and mobile allowances. Incentives: Performance-based incentives.
