Job Description

To support solar installation and maintenance teams by assisting in site preparation, material handling, basic installation work, and ensuring smooth execution of solar projects. Key Responsibilities:Assist technicians/engineers in installation of solar panels, mounting structures, and related equipment. Carry, load, and unload solar panels, tools, and other project materials. Perform basic site preparation work such as cleaning, digging, shifting materials, etc. Hold, fix, and align materials as guided by the supervisor. Ensure cleanliness and safety at the worksite. Support in wiring and cabling work under the guidance of electricians/technicians. Follow instructions from supervisors and complete tasks on time. Adhere to company’s safety standards and wear proper PPE (helmet, gloves, safety shoes, etc.
