Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for hardworking and reliable Factory Labourers to support daily production operations. The ideal candidate should be disciplined, punctual, and willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Assist in daily production tasks as assigned by supervisors. Operate basic equipment safely (training will be provided). Load and unload raw materials and finished goods. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area. Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times. Conduct basic quality checks on products. Support packing, labelling, and material movement activities. Report any issues or equipment malfunction to the supervisor immediately. Requirements: Minimum 10th pass (preferred, not mandatory). Prior experience in factory/production work is an advantage but not required. Physically fit and able to lift moderate weights. Willing to work in shifts if required. Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time. Good attitude, discipline, and teamwork skills. Skills: Basic understanding of factory safety practices. Ability to work efficiently and meet daily production targets. Time management and attention to detail.
