Laboratory Head (CIPET)

Skills Required:

1. Laboratory Managers oversee the daily operations in a laboratory and are responsible for managing its staff and ensuring quality control in the lab procedures and techniques.

2. All the testing equipment and how to do the testing.

3. Regular raw material testing

4. Ensuring raw material matching specification.

5. Finished good testing as per specification.

6. Overseeing and managing the daily operations of the laboratory

7. Ensuring laboratory compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining all laboratory certifications

8. Coordinating with lab staff and other departments to ensure efficient and effective lab operations

9. Establishing and implementing lab controls and standards to ensure quality and accuracy in tests

10. Ensuring the maintenance and calibration of lab equipment and instruments

11. Proven work experience as a Laboratory Manager or similar role

12. Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and safety protocols

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
