As an Application Specialist at Biowel Inc., you will play a crucial role in supporting our expanding portfolio of diagnostic instruments and reagents. Your responsibilities will include conducting on-site demonstrations, installations, and training for diagnostic instruments and laboratory/molecular products. Additionally, you will provide post-sales technical support and troubleshooting for customers, ensuring their smooth integration and utilization of our products. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with the sales team to offer technical inputs during customer meetings, tenders, and presentations. You will also be responsible for maintaining technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials to ensure that both customers and internal teams have access to accurate and up-to-date information. Furthermore, you will be the liaison between Biowel Inc. and principal companies, coordinating technical updates, product training, and customer-specific solutions. It will be essential for you to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards during application and training processes to guarantee the highest level of customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position that requires you to be based in Cochin or Trivandrum, Kerala, with travel across Kerala as needed.
