Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Conduct
Molasses analysis
Perform
Jaggery sample testing
Carry out
Spent wash analysis
Execute
Waste water analysis
Maintain test records, documentation, and calibration logs as per
NABL requirements
Ensure compliance with
FSSAI testing protocols
Follow laboratory SOPs, safety, and quality guidelines

Preferred candidate profile

Hands-on experience working in a
NABL-accredited laboratory
Prior exposure to
regulatory and compliance audits
(NABL, FSSAI, customer or third-party audits)
Strong working knowledge of
NABL quality systems
, documentation, and audit preparedness
Practical experience in testing as per
FSSAI guidelines and protocols
Experience in
food, sugar, fermentation, or effluent sample analysis
will be an added advantage
Familiar with
SOPs, method validation, calibration, and record maintenance
Ability to respond to audit observations and support corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and documentation skills
Capable of working independently while ensuring compliance and data integrity
