Conducting Chemical Analyses Perform routine and specialized chemical tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using techniques such as chromatography, spectroscopy, and titration. Analyze organic and inorganic compounds to determine their composition and purity. 2. Preparation of Reagents and Solutions Accurately prepare test solutions, compounds, and reagents by weighing ingredients and dissolving or diluting substances as necessary. Develop nonstandard tests for chemical products to assess their quality and performance. 3. Data Analysis and Reporting Interpret test results, compare them to established specifications, and report findings in a timely manner. Document all test results and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. 4. Maintenance of Laboratory Equipment Ensure all laboratory instruments and equipment are regularly calibrated, maintained, and in good working order to guarantee accurate results. Troubleshoot and report on malfunctions, and perform routine maintenance as necessary. 5. Compliance with Safety and Quality Standards Ensure compliance with laboratory health and safety guidelines, including the proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials. Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and adhere to regulatory requirements such as ISO standards to maintain data integrity and laboratory accreditation. 6. Collaboration and Communication Collaborate with other scientists and team members on research projects and quality improvement initiatives. Provide technical support to other departments and assist in problem-solving efforts related to chemical testing and product development.

The Production Operator will be responsible for operating machinery, maintaining production lines, ensuring quality control, and adhering to safety protocols. Key tasks include monitoring equipment, troubleshooting issues, reporting production data, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Desired Skills & Qualifications : 1–3 years of experience in plastic extrusion or similar polymer production environment. Familiarity with PMMA / Acrylic / engineering plastics is preferred. Ability to operate granulator, extruder, and water-ring or strand pelletizer systems. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor plastic extrusion machines for producing PMMA acrylic pellets . Ensure smooth running of heaters, feeders, and die-face cutter systems . Monitor temperature, pressure, pellet size , and output consistency . Perform start-up and shutdown of the extrusion line as per SOPs. Handle material feeding, mixing, and unloading processes. Carry out basic machine maintenance and cleaning .
