Lab Technician

You will be responsible for operating and maintaining plastic testing machines in a plastic recycling industry. This includes working with MFI Testing Machine, Ash Content Testing Machine, Elongation, and Tensile Strength Testing Machines. Your main tasks will involve conducting tests following industry standards, meticulously documenting results, analyzing test data, and preparing detailed reports for both internal and client use. It is crucial to ensure the calibration and proper upkeep of testing machines to maintain accuracy and compliance. Collaboration with the production team will be necessary to provide timely and precise testing feedback. The materials you will be testing include Recycled HDPE, PP, LDPE, LLDPE granules. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and maintain plastic testing machines such as MFI Testing Machine, Ash Content Testing Machine, Elongation, and Tensile Strength Testing Machines - Conduct tests as per industry standards and accurately document results - Analyze test data and prepare detailed reports for internal and client use - Ensure calibration and upkeep of testing machines for accuracy and compliance - Collaborate with the production team to provide timely and precise testing feedback Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role - Knowledge of plastic testing procedures and equipment - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documenting results - Excellent communication skills for collaborating with the production team The company you will be working for is Yuvaan Tech Solutions.
