Lab Technician

Job Description:

We are looking for responsible and experienced Lab Technicians to manage the Physics, Chemistry, and Biology laboratories in our schools. The candidates should be familiar with basic lab equipment and safety procedures and be able to assist teachers and students during practical classes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and arrange lab equipment, materials, and chemicals.
• Help teachers and students during practical sessions.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in the lab.
• Keep records of lab materials and consumables.
• Assist in setting up STEM / Robotics / ATL / Maths Lab activities (if required).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or related field).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (commensurate with qualification & experience).

• Experience: Prior experience as a Lab Technician in a CBSE/ICSE school or college preferred.
• Basic knowledge of STEM/ATL/Robotics or Maths lab activities will be a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and safety compliance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and students.
• Good communication skills and basic computer literacy.
