Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Laboratory Technician to support routine and advanced laboratory operations. The role involves sample handling, laboratory testing, data documentation, equipment maintenance, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards. Fresh graduates with strong interest in laboratory work are encouraged to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Receive, label, log, and analyze biological and chemical samples including
blood, toxicology, tissue, and fluid samples
in accordance with laboratory protocols.
Perform laboratory tests and procedures as per
standard operating procedures (SOPs)
and established quality guidelines.
Design, execute, and monitor experiments under controlled conditions to
validate or reject scientific hypotheses
.
Observe, analyze, and interpret test results accurately and report findings to senior laboratory personnel.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of test data, observations, and results in
manual and electronic laboratory records
.
Ensure proper
storage, handling, and disposal
of chemicals, reagents, biological substances, and compressed gases as per safety norms.
Maintain laboratory instruments and equipment; report malfunctions and assist in routine calibration.
Coordinate and assist in
ordering laboratory consumables, reagents, and supplies
.
Follow
laboratory safety, hygiene, and compliance guidelines
at all times to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Support internal audits, inspections, and quality control processes when required
