Role & responsibilities Member of APQP team for New Development Developing new compound, Testing and get homologation Handling the Mixing Process. Monitoring the measuring devices and responsible for on time calibration Third party testing responsible and monitoring Product Testing Inhouse trouble shooting for daily issues in production Monitor and co-ordinate Kaizens Manpower handling and supervision Oven and post curing operations Responsible for planning and execution of LAB and Mixing Process Meet Mixing production targets by delegating tasks to workers and meeting quality standards. Inventory management as well as making raw materials readily available. Evaluate processes and suggest improvements. Training workers on various processes. Identify Mixing production bottlenecks and resolve issues. Provide a performance review for all workers at regular intervals. KAIZEN for process improvement Closely monitor the machine , and coordinate with maintenance team as and when required Maintain all records related to production in System and on documents Maintain safety, 5S at workplace
