Job Description

In this role of Lab Technician in Faridabad, Haryana, you will be responsible for various tasks in the Pathology department. Your qualifications should include a degree or diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology. With 1-5 years of experience, you will report to the Incharge of Pathology and adhere to the specified dress code with an ID card. Key Responsibilities: - Provide a list of Chemicals & Reports from the Purchase Department post approval from the H.O.D. - Attend to all O.P.D. & I.P.D. Patients. - Conduct routine tests for various surgeries such as Lapchole, Holep, PCNL, BNI, ESWL, etc. - Type and sign all test reports of OPD & IPD Patients as directed by the H.O.D. - Ensure strict biomedical waste management segregation including Needle cutting & Waste checking. - Maintain the test report register of all O.P.D. & I.P.D. Patients. - Take care of the equipment and coordinate with the biomedical team for maintenance. - Prioritize emergency cases and coordinate with consultants or respective departments accordingly. - Maintain appropriate departmental documentation and treat all communication confidentially. - Engage in Quality Assurance / Quality control activities. - Perform any assigned tasks due to exigencies of work. - Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives.,
