Lab Technician & Phlebotomist

The position of Phlebotomist / Home Sample Collection Executive at Konnect Diagnostics in Whitefield, Bengaluru, involves collecting blood and other diagnostic samples with care and accuracy. In addition to in-clinic sample collection, the role requires home visits for sample collection within the vicinity. The primary responsibilities include labeling, storing, and transporting specimens securely to the lab, maintaining hygiene and safety protocols, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining accurate records of samples and customer details. The ideal candidate should possess a DMLT / BMLT or equivalent certification in phlebotomy or laboratory technology. While 1+ years of experience is preferred, freshers with adequate training are welcome to apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to travel locally for home collections (two-wheeler preferred) and familiarity with standard operating procedures and medical equipment. This is a full-time position with rotational shifts, including weekends. The salary offered is competitive and based on experience, supplemented by a travel allowance for home visits.
