Job Description

Responsibilities:

Collect, label, and process biological samples (blood, urine, stool, etc.) for diagnostic testing.
Perform biochemical, hematology, microbiology, and serology tests with precision.
Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
Record, interpret, and validate test results accurately.
Maintain laboratory documentation, reports, and inventory.
Follow all laboratory safety, infection control, and quality assurance protocols.
Assist in training junior staff or new team members when required.

Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT or equivalent).
Minimum 3 years of experience in a recognized medical or diagnostic laboratory.
Strong technical knowledge of laboratory instruments and procedures.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
