To qualify for this role, you should have: - 1-3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory focusing on hematology and biochemistry. - Proficiency in using laboratory equipment, including automated analyzers and microscopes. - Strong knowledge of hematology and biochemistry test procedures and protocols. - Ability to efficiently collect and process patient samples with attention to detail. - Good understanding of laboratory safety and infection control procedures. - Strong communication skills, including patient interaction and teamwork. - Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and preferably hold a certification or degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.
