Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Lab Technician role located in Hyderabad. The Lab Technician will assist in conducting medical laboratory tests to aid in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and processing lab samples, performing diagnostic tests, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the proper function of laboratory equipment. Adherence to safety protocols and quality standards is essential to ensure accurate and reliable results.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in laboratory techniques, sample processing, and diagnostic testing
• Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and best practices
• Accuracy and attention to detail for maintaining precise logs and records
• Problem-solving and organization skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting findings effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field
• Relevant certifications, licensing, or training in laboratory operations
• Previous experience in a healthcare or diagnostic laboratory setting is an advantage
