Job Description

A Lab Technician with hardware and Windows expertise focuses on maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting computer hardware and software within a laboratory setting, ensuring efficient operation of laboratory equipment and systems. This includes installing, configuring, and upgrading hardware and software, assisting users with technology, and maintaining equipment inventory. Additionally, they may be responsible for implementing and upholding laboratory safety protocols, and providing training on laboratory technologies.
