Job Description

About the Role:
We are looking for a Lab Technician with experience in the food industry to support our Quality Assurance team. The role involves conducting regular testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished food products to ensure they meet company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform chemical, physical, and microbiological analysis of food samples.
Test raw materials, packaging, and finished goods as per QA protocols.
Maintain and calibrate lab instruments regularly.
Record, interpret, and report results with accuracy and timeliness.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, and HACCP guidelines.
Support in implementing food safety and quality systems.
Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and process control within the production area.
Assist in internal audits and document maintenance.

Requirements:

1–3 years of relevant lab experience in the food manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of food testing techniques and lab safety practices.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel / Word).
Excellent attention to detail and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
