Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Carry out routine quality checks on incoming materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
Maintain accurate test records, reports, and documentation as per company standards.
Ensure all lab equipment is handled properly and kept in good working condition.
Support production teams by sharing timely quality findings and reporting any deviations.
Assist in problem-solving activities and contribute to corrective and preventive actions.
Follow all quality procedures, safety guidelines, and housekeeping standards in the laboratory.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth quality operations and continuous improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

2-5 years of experience in Quality or Laboratory roles (manufacturing preferred).
Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc / B.Tech in any science or engineering discipline.
Basic understanding of quality checks, documentation, and reporting.
Good communication skills and ability to work with production and quality teams.
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and consistent in following procedures.
Willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Ready to take ownership of tasks and support continuous improvement activities.
