Job Description

Core Purpose of the Role:

Responsible for handling Trial Reaction binder, CCF, CAPA, Incident and deviation and supporting QMS activity.

Role Accountabilities

Handling CCF for relevant department in line with RQA requirement.
Extend support for ELN & SAP improvements.
Coordinate with team for assigning LMS for new joiners.
Coordinate with related team for tracking and closure of CAPA.
Handling Incident and deviation tracking and closure.
Supporting QMS related activity.
Issuance of Trial reaction binder for all new joiners and attending new joiner requirement onsite.
Trail Reaction binder filing and tracking and archival when required.
Supporting General Operations related activity.

Skills and Capabilities:

Good oral and written communication skills
Good knowledge of Computer basics, Excel, Power Point.
Hands on expertise of Outbound logistics, Inbound logistics, SEZ documentation, US related documentation, Sound knowledge in Purchasing and Warehouse operation.
Understand the goals. Displays basic understanding of the project and department goals.
Accept assigned responsibility. Take ownership of personal deliverables.
