Job Description

Location:

Lab Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day laboratory operations, testing, and analysis.
Implement and monitor quality control systems for raw materials and finished feed.
Conduct nutritional, chemical, and microbiological testing as per industry standards.
Ensure adherence to BIS, FSSAI, and other regulatory compliances.
Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
Lead and train lab technicians to maintain testing accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with production and procurement teams to resolve quality issues.

Candidate Profile:

B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Animal Nutrition, or related field.
5-10 years experience in a QC/QA laboratory, preferably in cattle feed, food, agro, or process industries.
Strong knowledge of quality testing protocols, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Leadership ability to manage lab teams and ensure compliance.
Detail-oriented, analytical, with strong problem-solving skills.
