Job Description

Role Overview: At Envalior, we are looking for a talented Lab extruder operator to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: - Comply with Envalior SHEQ requirements. - Maintain the confidentiality of trails. - Responsible for maintaining the 5S practices in the work area. - Work according to procedures and processes. - Correctly weigh additives and pigment as per given formulation. - Maintain/register material charging details, process parameters in log books. - Perform Lab line change over activities. - Ensure housekeeping of the working area. - Timely communicate technical difficulties during trial and production at the lab extruder. - Provide complete, clear, and accurate production reports and daily work reports. - Respond to emergencies, incidents/near misses, and report to the supervisor. - Contribute to plant performance improvement through initiating improvement ideas and participating in various activities. - Complete the lab extruder Autonomous Maintenance on time. - Participate and contribute to DICI activity. - Perform Daily checklist for lab extruder Area. - Dispose of lab extruder scrap and maintain records. - Handle hazardous materials and disposal. - Clean Donalson as per requirements. Qualifications Required: - Experience as a Lab extruder operator or similar role. - Knowledge of lab extruder operations and procedures. - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. - Excellent communication skills to report technical difficulties and incidents promptly. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow safety protocols. - Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Certification or training in hazardous material handling is a plus.
