Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Proficient in textile manufacturing techniques including dyeing, printing, and weaving.
Possess extensive knowledge in loom setup, basic machine maintenance, yarn and fabric handling, and digital printing techniques.
Strong understanding of textile manufacturing processes and production workflow.
Capable of interpreting and working with Textile Tech Packs, product specifications, and technical documentation.
Hands-on experience with digital printing equipment and heavy-duty textile machinery, including demonstration and operational guidance.
Responsible for academic delivery, conducting workshops, and guiding students on the proper usage of tools and equipment.
Oversee lab operations, including equipment management, maintenance schedules, and material procurement.
Maintain log books, documentation, and workflow records to ensure smooth lab functioning.
Prepare material lists and ensure availability of all required resources for class and lab sessions.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Strong knowledge of textile tools, materials, and techniques.
Proficiency in basic software applications used for digital printing and machinery demonstrations.
Excellent organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
Ability to provide technical guidance and mentor students or team members effectively.
Strong communication and academic delivery skills.
