Job Description

Qualification: Diploma in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering Experience (Preferred): 3+ years of experience in PCB fabrication, Power Electronics and testing.

Job Summary:

Assist in the operation and maintenance of the PCB lab, power electronics lab and electrical machines lab. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all instruments, testing setups, and fabrication tools (e.g., soldering stations, oscilloscopes, PCB etching units) are functional, regularly calibrated, and properly maintained.

• Maintain records of electronic components, PCBs, consumables, and ensure timely procurement to avoid disruption of lab activities. • Enforce lab safety protocols related to high-voltage equipment, chemical handling (etchants, solvents), and ESD precautions.

• Assist students and faculty in circuit assembly, PCB design/fabrication, and testing procedures during lab sessions and project work.

• Install, operate, and maintain power electronics equipment such as converters, inverters, rectifiers, and motor drive systems to ensure reliable lab operations.

• Maintain logs of lab usage, equipment issue/return, experiment outcomes, and periodic reports on lab operations. • Conduct or support training sessions and demonstrations on PCB design tools
