L5 Supervisor (Charge_WWS & Payments_WWS)

In this role, you will be responsible for providing training to billing staff on policies, procedures, and system updates to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge. You will collaborate with other departments such as coding, compliance, and insurance verification to facilitate the smooth flow of the revenue cycle. Additionally, you will act as a point of contact for complex billing inquiries and escalated issues, resolving high-priority concerns in a timely manner.
