L4-Chapter Leader Software Development Team

Role Overview: You will be responsible for building high-quality software applications that meet user needs and align with WIT design and Testing standards. Your main responsibilities will include coding, frontend and backend development, integration and testing, as well as deployment and monitoring. Key Responsibilities: - Write clean, efficient code for assigned features and perform unit testing to ensure functionality. - Build UI components as per WIT design and collaborate with the WIT team for UI/UX updates. - Develop APIs, server-side logic, and manage and integrate with databases. - Connect the frontend and backend for full functionality, prepare code for Testing team handoff, and resolve any post-deployment problems. - Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines, monitor live applications for issues, and fix issues based on QA feedback. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in full-stack web development. - Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a development team. - Proficient in MERN stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React JS, Node.js. - Strong experience with React JS; exposure to AngularJS or Vue.js is a plus. - Backend experience with Node.js, Express, and REST API development. - Experience with databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL. - Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS. - Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills. - Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities. - Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
