Job Description

As a potential candidate, you will be responsible for various key tasks related to VisionPlus and FALCON modules. Your duties will include: - Expertise in core VisionPlus modules such as CMS, FAS, TRAMS, VMx, etc. - Experience in API usage, simulator testing, and providing support for production/UAT issues. - Proficiency in writing and testing FALCON Rules. - Providing production functional and technical guidance as a Business Analyst for FALCON. - Expertise in the FICO application of FALCON Cases Manager. In terms of technical experience, you should have: - Hands-on experience in managing Fiserv Release regression, Mastercard Release, New Logo Launch, and providing production support. Qualification Required: - Relevant experience working with VisionPlus and FALCON modules. - Proficiency in API usage and simulator testing. - Strong knowledge of FALCON Rule writing and testing. - Experience in providing technical guidance as a Business Analyst. - Hands-on experience in handling Fiserv Release regression, Mastercard Release, New Logo Launch, and production support.,
