L2 Senior Engineer Technical Support (VisionPLUS Application)

As a qualified candidate for this position, you will be responsible for demonstrating expertise in core VisionPlus modules such as CMS, FAS, TRAMS, VMx, and more. Your role will involve working with API, conducting simulator testing, and providing support for production and UAT issues. Additionally, you will be expected to showcase proficiency in FALCON Rule writing and Testing. Furthermore, you will play a key role in offering production functional and technical guidance as a Business Analyst for FALCON. Your tasks will include demonstrating expertise in the FICO application of FALCON Cases Manager and Expert. In terms of technical experience, you should have hands-on experience in managing Fiserv Release regression, Mastercard Release, New Logo Launch, and providing production support.
