L2 - Operations

As an L2 - Operations at RCP, Navi Mumbai, you will be responsible for monitoring the applications under the team's responsibility, performing L2 level tasks, preparing KPIs and reports, working on open tickets within SLA, coordinating with other teams, escalating issues internally and externally, taking proactive actions based on monitoring data, and suggesting/implementing automation of manual tasks. - Monitor the applications under the team's responsibility - Perform L2 level tasks and actions based on requirements - Prepare KPIs and reports - Work on open tickets and ensure closure within SLA; escalate if needed - Coordinate with other teams for any requirements or actions - Escalate any issues internally and to external teams as required - Take proactive actions based on monitoring and alarms data to prevent predictable problems in applications - Suggest and implement automation of regular manual tasks Qualifications Required: - 4-8 years of experience in operations or deployment in the telecom/IT industry - Experience in GIS or location-based services in operations, support, or deployment is desirable - Working knowledge of Linux and Windows - Experience in operations, deployment, or UAT/validation test of telecom/IT products - Working knowledge of SQL and Oracle/Postgres - Well-versed with Linux basics and file operation commands - Knowledge of Apache/tomcat and http - Very good verbal and communication skills in English - Willingness to work in shifts (day and night) - Desirable: Knowledge of ELK (elasticsearch), IIS, Queue Managers - Desirable: ITIL certification is an added advantage,
