Join our team as a L2 NETWORK SUPPORT ENGINEER

Requirements:

3–4 years of experience in L2 Network / Infrastructure Support
Hands-on experience with SD-WAN technologies
Strong knowledge of Firewall platforms (FortiGate, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Sophos, etc.)
Solid experience with Routing & Switching (Cisco/HP/Aruba)
Good understanding of ITIL processes
Security or networking certifications (CCNA/CCNP/NSE/PCNSE)
Experience managing endpoint security / antivirus tools (Kaspersky, Sophos)
Working knowledge of Active Directory & basic Windows Server administration
