L2 Network Administrator

As an IT Infrastructure Operations Manager in Pune (hybrid), your role involves managing day-to-day operations, assisting SME / L3 teams as needed, and monitoring device health and backups. Your responsibilities include network performance monitoring, incident investigation, and vendor coordination. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects, escalate high-priority issues, and drive timely solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day IT infrastructure Operations - Assist SME / L3 teams on an ad hoc basis - Monitor device health and perform/validate backups - Network performance monitoring and analysis - Investigate technical incidents and provide remedies - Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacements and ISP circuit issues - Support business-specific projects and ensure team compliance with procedures - Promote learning and self-development within the team - Drive delivery of sustainable solutions within timelines - Resolve system problems and application-specific issues - Perform system analysis to identify improvement opportunities - Escalate critical issues to L3 team and vendor TAC for resolution - Communicate with product users and suppliers to prioritize requirements - Plan and perform complex system configurations - Document system configurations and procedural information accurately - Implement hardware and software changes with impact analysis - Support vendor activities and change management processes - Develop guidelines to prevent recurring problems - Execute performance tuning and optimization activities Qualification Required: - Routing and switching expertise - Proficiency in Cisco ACI, SD WAN, and Nexus - Early joiners preferred with a maximum notice period of 30 days (Note: Any additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
