Responsibilities: Perform system and requirement analysis, design, coding, and testing . Estimate efforts using the Waterfall Method and review design and code . Provide support for SIT and UAT testing . Deploy projects to production environments . Handle 24x7 on-call production support . Support non-production environment batch cycles . Conduct knowledge transfer (KT) sessions for new team members. Mandatory Skills & Experience: 8+ years of experience in IT support and operations. Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting, XCOM, SFTP, and job scheduling . Strong understanding of networking concepts . Knowledge of Azure Cloud and its applications. Ability to troubleshoot file transfer failures and process failed files before the cutoff time. Maintain documentation for production issues, run-books, and operational best practices. Proficiency in SQL databases . Experience handling conference bridges during critical production downtimes (P1 & P2 incidents) . Strong communication skills ( verbal and written ), proactive mindset, and ability to work independently. Solid understanding of ITIL processes . Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively . Team player with flexibility to work in shifts and weekends if required . Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience supporting banking domain applications .
