Key Responsibilities:1. IT Infrastructure Management:Plan, organize, and oversee the company's IT infrastructure including servers, networks, hardware, and software systems.Ensure that all IT systems are reliable, secure, and optimized for performance.Regularly monitor system performance and implement upgrades, patches, and backups as needed.2. Network & Security Management:Develop and implement IT security policies, protocols, and procedures to protect the companys digital assets from external and internal threats.Manage firewalls, antivirus solutions, and backup systems to ensure the safety of sensitive data.Perform regular security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend solutions.File Server Management, Providing/Denying the access on Folders.Provide Sharing & Security Access on Shared Folder Installation of Microsoft Windows, office, network devices, CCTV server installation3. Software & Hardware Management: Oversee the acquisition, installation, and maintenance of hardware, software, and technology systems.Ensure that all technology assets are aligned with business goals and objectives.Work with departments to identify and implement software solutions that improve productivity.4.
