Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a KST Supervisor located in Agra. The KST Supervisor will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food preparation and hygiene. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and maintaining excellent service quality. The role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to work efficiently under pressure, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising kitchen staff and operations
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, health regulations, and hygiene standards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to providing exceptional guest service and maintaining high-quality standards
• Relevant certifications in food safety and management
• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
