Kronos Role

As an experienced professional in Kronos configuration and system administration, you will play a crucial role in providing application support for Kronos Cloud platform, a product of UKG. With a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Kronos 8.1 version or greater, your responsibilities will include handling system configuration, supporting the application, troubleshooting user requests, resolving system and data problems, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring error-free operation within the Kronos cloud application. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications and services for UKG's suite of workforce management solutions. Writing clean and efficient code in languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript, you will contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, including testing and deployment. Troubleshooting technical issues, enhancing application performance, and participating in the development of technical specifications will be key aspects of your role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or possess equivalent experience. Proven expertise in software development, familiarity with Agile methodologies, and experience with web development technologies and modern software frameworks are essential. Strong understanding of OOP principles, experience with databases, cloud computing platforms, and DevOps practices will be advantageous.
