What We're Looking For : Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications and services for UKG’s suite of workforce management solutions. Job Description :· A minimum of 8 Years of hands-on configuration/system administrator experience in Kronos 8.1 version or greater is required;· Handling all system configuration and support the application itself including WIM and with Kronos Cloud platform a product of UKG.· The purpose of this job is to provide application support for Kronos Cloud platform.· Activities include, but are not limited to, troubleshooting user requests or issues Key Responsibilities :· Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications and services for UKG’s suite of workforce management solutions.· Write clean, efficient, and reusable code in languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript, depending on the project needs.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, quality engineers, and UI/UX designers, to define product features, deliver new functionality, and improve existing systems.· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, debug code, and enhance application performance.· Contribute to the development of technical specifications and design documentation. Qualifications :· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.· Proven experience in software development, with expertise in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript).· Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies· Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Restful APIs.· Familiarity with modern software frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Spring, .NET).· Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.· Experience working with databases, both SQL and NoSQL, and knowledge of data modeling and query optimization. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.· Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and related tools is a plus.
