Creative Strategist – Krafton India (Social Media + Content Strategy)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who can think like a gamer and create like a content geek. Someone who scrolls for insights (not just reels), knows what’s trending before it trends, and can turn gaming moments into scroll-stopping ideas.

You’ll be the brain behind Krafton India’s social presence — helping connect multiple titles like BGMI, Bullet Echo India, Cookie Run India, Garuda Saga, and more under one kickass brand voice.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute content strategies that tie together all Krafton titles under one social umbrella.
• Research upcoming and existing Krafton games, understanding tone, audience, and community behavior.
• Ideate fresh, platform-native content — reels, memes, hooks, challenges, and campaigns that drive engagement.
• Work closely with clients to pitch ideas, present campaign strategies, and ensure alignment.
• Collaborate with design, video, and copy teams to bring ideas to life.
• Stay plugged into gaming culture, internet trends, and creator ecosystems to make Krafton India feel like the most “in” brand on social.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years of experience in social media management, content strategy, or digital marketing (bonus if in gaming or youth brands).
• A natural storyteller who can think in hooks, memes, and formats, not just captions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, you’ll often interface directly with clients.
• Obsessed with trends, gaming communities, and how brands show up on platforms like Instagram, X, and YouTube.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
