Key Responsibilities Solution Design and Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of Kore.ai solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and technical requirements. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices in AI solution development and deployment. Integration: Oversee the integration of Kore.ai solutions with existing systems and platforms, ensuring seamless interoperability. Customization: Customize Kore.ai solutions to meet specific business needs, including developing custom workflows, intents, and integrations. Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of deployed solutions, ensuring high availability, scalability, and efficiency. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, integration guides, and user manuals. Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams on the use and maintenance of Kore.ai solutions. Qualifications Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical architect role focusing on AI solutions. Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java. Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning concepts. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Kore.ai platform or similar conversational AI platforms. Knowledge of industry-specific use cases for conversational AI in sectors like banking, healthcare, retail, or insurance.
