Job Description

As a Kore AI Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing conversation scripts, bot responses, and user journeys to create consumer-facing Kore.ai Chatbots with unique personality and human-like interactions. Your responsibilities will include: - Minimum 3-7 years of experience in chatbot development. - Designing chat conversations, flows, and user journeys based on different bot personas. - Creative thinking to enhance users' conversational journey with the bot. - Exploring various ways in which a user can interact with a Human or Bot agent. - Collaborating with the Delivery team to ensure the delivery of intelligent and intuitive conversations for better customer understanding. - Developing mockups, flows, redlining, and other creative prototyping elements. Qualifications required for this role: - 3-10 years of experience in the field. - Proficiency in designing and testing chatbot interactions. - Strong creative thinking skills to enhance user experiences. - Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
