We are struggling to get like basic amenities like clean drinking water, waste management and security. Builder is least bothered about the society issues, rather they are concentrating more on selling the project with false promises.

I have booked 2 flats in Ivy Nia... And as sale person told us that they will issue gold voucher within 45 days of agreement, its been 5 months no one respond us.. They just make you fool.... Feeling cheated

Unprofessional attitude towards differently disabled persons. Made wheelchair ramp after more than 20 followups and 4 yrs post possession, which otherwise should have been done on day 0 @ green groves cilantro project.

Pune batch, 7am-8.30. Trainer Jackson Abnis. Man with great patience, apt knowledge on subject a true asset to Y-Axis. He brings in good insights, coaching with examples and right pause is something special he brings on table.

Not at all educated team. Very Bad Company with only "Reputation" of what God Knows??? They are fake, cheats and indecent. Point to be noted, most of the above reviews are "Fake" shared by the fake people in the Management. Google should have a NO Star Policy especially for this company.

Visited the Life Republic township as a guest during Diwali and was really mesmerized by the celebration and decor in the premises, must say truly amazing. Great work Kolte Patil.

KPDL makes false promises, after paying lot of money u don't get the promised aminities and doesn't care about the buyers once the house is sold. U have to struggle even for the basic things.

Currently they are not allowing parking for 2 wheelers. U have to park your bike 🏍 out side of campus. On road on ur own risk …
