This builder is pathetic. No after sales value. They take money and will make you puppet of their hands. Dont go on name. Stay away from this builder. 3 years and no words on possession and these dumbs shows attitude like they have given you money.

I booked a flat in Green Olive in year 2010 December with promise of getting possession in December 2012. I am forced to write this when I haven't received the possession in February 2014. They are promising the possession every month for more than last six months. But it is still elusive promises only. Without any deliverable.

Very Bad experience. Post taking possession I find KP team not cooperative. No basic facilities developed and we are facing problem to enter in society due to non completion of approach road. Very careless team. Not to do any deal with this group otherwise post booking only begging to KP team.
